Educational Requirements:
  • Masters or MBA from any public University.

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a managerial position & 03 years’ experience as DGM – Sales.

  • Determine key variables for cost and other estimates.

  • Gather first-hand information from Design team, Business Development and sites
  • Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.
  • Use software for data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.

  • Perform risk analysis.
  • Create and submit estimate reports or bids to appropriate persons (project managers, clients, bidding competitions etc.)

  • Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues of all construction project.

  • Act as a Team Leader of project inspection team.
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of construction procedure by checking processes and final output.

  • To look after the activities of Site Engineer, Site Supervisor & construction works.
  • Collaborate with Project Manager, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
  • Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
  • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
