CPDL Family nurtures strong philosophy that is centered mainly on innovation, integrity, and excellence while cherishing the family values that drive the Family to move forward nourishing togetherness, the pursuit of our happiness.
We arranged a Daylong Orientation & KPI Session on 5th of Feb, 2023 at our Dhaka office for our newly joined members to let them introduce with our philosophy and core values that we bear in our everyday activities and shared detail evaluation process of their performances. The program concluded with a Q&A session to better understand the CPDL Family’s goals and expectations.
